Ciclo CCCXL

The cart’s wheel, the saint’s halo, the turning of the Tuscan sky at dusk—each a fulcrum where weight is lifted into rotation, where the fixed becomes fluid; the wheel rolls on the earth yet lifts the cart; the halo halts the gaze and turns it upward; the sky turns and halts the day. All three are thresholds where force is redirected into grace, where the downward pull of matter is answered by the upward lift of intention, and the page is the cart, the halo, the turning sky all at once: the hand trembles, the ink hesitates, the line hesitates—and then moves.
