The foot is a bridge between earth and body, a construction of arches that the eye cannot see whole except by dissection; the winding passages are a river’s course, its hidden meander mirrored in the foot’s own architecture, the same logic of support and flow that turns bone into canal and thought into path—three figures of the maker’s patience, each revealing the body not as vessel but as landscape, traversed by unseen currents, the same hand that trembles now tracing the curve of the arch, now the bend of the stream, now the turn of the thought where none of these were before the page was open.
